In-platform Evidence Request Sheet Changes
There were references to internal validation processes in both the file name and throughout the Evidence Request Sheet. We removed this text so that users are not distracted by them. The changes are:
- The file name for the in-platform ERS file download is as follows “YYYYMMDD_Company name_Tier_ERS”. Previously it included wording in the file name calling out whether it was the initial or follow-up ERS.
- On the ‘Evidence Guidance’ sheet the title header in orange now states “Evidence Request” instead of specifying "Initial Evidence Request" or "Follow up Evidence Request".
- The sheet title containing the sub-controls list is now titled ‘Remaining Subcontrols’ instead of 'Selected Subcontrols'.
Bugs:
Change Text in Claim Company Domain match failure
- When a “Company Claimant”submits a claim company request and it has failed due to a mismatched domain between the claimants email and the company url, they will receive a message that says:
- “Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your email address as belonging to the company you are trying to claim. No further action is required by you at this time. Our team has been notified of this issue and will work to resolve this discrepancy. You should receive instructions on logging in or a request for more information shortly. If you have already registered, try {link to log into account}.”
- We have added this message and removed the “Contact Us” button to remove the duplicate efforts our Tech Support team goes through.
