In-platform Evidence Request Sheet Download - NEW!!

For any company completing a validated assessment, the Evidence Request Sheet is now available to download in-platform throughout the entire assessment lifecycle. Users can now readily access this information and prepare their evidence at will. This link can be found on the ‘Validation’ tab of the Assessment Dashboard. Here is what you can expect to see and how you can use this link: 

• The Evidence Request Sheet will always be enabled and will update automatically to reflect what controls are required for validation.
• Prior to submitting an assessment, the Evidence Request Sheet will contain all 60 critical controls. This can be referenced while completing the assessment and can be used to help prepare for evidence collection. 
• After assessment submission, the Evidence Request Sheet will update to reflect the answer states and will include only the critical controls that were answered ‘yes’. This evidence request download can be referenced for evidence collection so that each control requiring validation has the corresponding evidence uploaded.
• Once assessors have begun validating evidence, the Evidence Request Sheet will automatically update and remove the controls that were fully validated. The critical controls that have not been validated will remain in the sheet. An updated evidence request sheet can be re-downloaded if another round of validation is needed to finish validating the remaining controls that were not validated the first time.
