Duplicate 'Final Order' emails being sent

Customers were receiving duplicate ‘final order’ emails which was causing concern that there may be an issue with the records involved. We have fixed this issue and now users will receive a single email from our platform when the final report of a Third Partys current assessment has been made available for their review.
