New Email: Customer Requests Document Access
Third Parties will now receive an email as soon as one of their Customers requests access to view evidence documentation. The following roles will receive this email:
- Assessment Owner
- Assessment Data Authorizer
- Account Administrator (Only if the above roles do not exist)
New Email: Third Party’s Response to Document Access
Customers will now get notified as soon as their third parties’ have responded to their request to access the evidence documentation. The following roles will receive this email:
- Third Party Portfolio Manager
- Account Administrator (Only if the above role does not exist)
Duplicate emails and in-platform notifications sent when sharing an assessment
Users were receiving duplicate in-platform notifications and emails causing some confusion. We have fixed this issue and now users will receive a single in-platform notification when their account has been added to a customer's portfolio.
Incorrect redirection after completing vendor’s profile questions
Once a customer has completed their vendor’s profile after ordering on them and has answered all of the business exposure questions they will then be routed to the vendor’s summary page instead of rerouting back to the Order page.
