Validation Tab - Toggle Selected for Validation

We have added a toggle on the Validation tab (Tier 1 or Tier 2) of the Assessment Dashboard. If the toggle is turned off it will be showing the full list of controls with the controls answered No or N/A grayed out, and when toggled on it will display only the controls that have been selected for Validation (controls answered Yes or have not been answered yet).
