Enhanced ‘Remove’ Vendor Option on Portfolio Management Table
Customers can now remove any third party from their portfolio regardless of whether they have an order placed on them or not. Once a third party is removed from a customer’s portfolio all of the order related information is also deleted including contact information, business exposure responses, and access to reports. Note: Third parties can be added back into the portfolio at any time after removal.
Company Name & Company Domain Search minimum of 3 characters
Users will need to type in a minimum of 3 characters in either or both the Company Name and Company Domain search boxes for the search to work. If a company's name is less than 3 characters, we suggest searching by their domain or send a ticket to email@example.com and our admins will assist.
API GET information now includes Country and Available in Exchange
When searching using the API, we now include the searched companies Country and what assessments they have available in the exchange
Work log notes fly-out failing to populate for orders
The work log notes associated with an order were failing to populate as expected. This has been corrected and now when a note is available, it will be displayed in the work log notes fly-out. This information can be accessed from within the Portfolio Manager Table by clicking on the three dots associated with a third party that has been ordered on, then ‘work log’ in the drop down.
