NEW!!! Action Required Tab on Portfolio Management
The new Action Required Tab alerts users when an ordered, in-flight assessment is at risk of not being delivered in a timely manner. These standardized and automated alerts bring enhanced visibility to assessment progress and empower users to act at pivotal points in the assessment lifecycle to drive progress and deliver value in a timely manner.
There are four Action Required states that capture the most common risks to assessment delivery and are described by the following table:
|
Action Required State |
Trigger |
1 |
Not Registered |
Third party has not registered w/in [4] business days of order |
2 |
Assessment Not Started |
Third party has not started questionnaire w/in [2] business days of registering |
3 |
Assessment Progress Stalled |
Questionnaire % complete not on track to be 100% by requested completion date |
4 |
Available Assessment Not Authorized |
Third party has completed & submitted questionnaire but has not responded to authorization request within [2] business days of order |
When users navigate to the Action Required tab they will be able to see the following:
- at-risk third party company
- which of the four Action Required states the third party is in
- how long they have been in that state
- name, email address, and user role of the most appropriate known contact in the third party's org
- "star" functionality so users can denote priority third parties, or which remain to be actioned on, etc.
Modification of Emails Listed in the Exchange
The following emails for contacting the Assessment Coordinator team have been edited in-platform to be their correct counterparts. Instead of assessments@cybergrx.com it will now state orders@notifications.cybergrx.com. In place of renewals@cybergrx.com it will now state renewals@notifications.cybergrx.com.
Recommended Steps Added to Resolve Error Some Users Encounter
Some users encounter an error when completing their assessment due to end-user browser caching issues. More specific and accurate instructions on how to resolve this were added to the page users are auto-directed to when this occurs. This will allow for quicker, independent resolution of this issue when encountered.
Bugs:
