In Platform Evidence Sharing

Evidence sharing allows customers to request access to the documents provided by their Third Parties during the ProcessUnity GRX Remote Validation Process. 

Customers can request access by navigating to the 'Documents' tab on the Vendor Profile Page of any Third Party who has completed their questionnaire and has authorized access to their assessment data.

Once requested, the Third Party will approve or deny access to their documents.

If the Third Party denies access, their response will appear within the 'Documents' tab in the Vendor Profile Page.

If the Third Party approves the request, Customers will see their complete document repository and have access to any documents uploaded to the GRX platform to date from within the 'Documents' tab. You can view specific documents by clicking the "view" action on any line item. 

Please note, to protect the data of our users, and to ensure documents are shared securely:

• Documents will be available to view in the platform only.
• Download functionality of any documents will not be available.
• Viewing access will be available in platform for a 28-day period, after which users will have to re-request and be re-authorized to view again.
