Once your assessment is submitted, the Results tab of your Assessment Dashboard will populate with all available information based on the answers provided in your questionnaire.
To review or edit comments provided during the questionnaire, or to provide new comments on any control including 'skipped' controls, users should navigate to the Effectiveness Table (for Tier 1s) or Coverage Table (for Tier 2s) in the middle of the Results tab page.
In this table, click View next to any control. Within the modal, you will see a link to Add a Comment which will open a text box for you to add comments you to provide to your authorized customers.
Comments save automatically and will be immediately visible in your customers' accounts.
