Bug Fix:

Results Page Only Renders Top Two Sections

Sometimes third parties were not able to see their results after submitting their assessment and had to refresh in order to see them.  This was related to a minor performance issue that has been resolved and third parties are now able to see their results right after submitting their assessment on the Results tab.
