CyberGRX Report - Section 3C Added Back in for Older Reports

We have added 'Section 3C: Residual Risks Top Risks/Third Party Driven Top Risks' back into the CyberGRX reports, but ONLY for those that were generated from older assessments (Content Release < 0.31).  Reports that are generated from the latest assessments (Content Release > 0.30) will not contain Section 3C and instead customers/third parties may utilize MITRE Risk Findings within the platform to gain context on any high risk findings. 

Bugs:

Post-attestation 'questionnaire' tab banner incorrectly appearing in different working session. 

After validation was completed on a validated assessment, the Third Party was seeing an incorrect message on the banner stating, “You do not have an assessment started.” We have fixed this issue and the banner will now display “Your Questionnaire was submitted on {date} by {user}.”
