Removed "Third Party-Driven Risk: Top Risks”/ ”Residual Risk: Top Risks” section from CyberGRX PDF Report 

This section is being removed from PDF to support MITRE release updates:  

• Facilitate linking and traceability vs. a static presentation. Drive engagement and visibility of MITRE Risk Findings within the console. The console provides context and insights for every high risk finding  
• Focus on a single perspective to avoid confusion, especially given space constraints - Due to space constraints, the pdf restricted to limited number of use cases - usability and accuracy impact.  
• With the release of MITRE scenarios, this visualization was limited and inaccurate.
