Minor changes to Assessor Statement 

Minor text changes made to the Assessor Statement template that clarifies Inconsistencies/Auto Validation occurs prior to Remote Validation and removes confusing language about ongoing validation.  

Bugs:  

Hidden API Tokens

API tokens were failing to appear when the created user was deleted from the platform.  Tokens created by users that were once deleted will display with ‘User Not Found’ on their Token.
