Adding Comments to Your Completed Assessment

Please follow the instructions to review your answers and add comments:

1. Log in to https://portal.cybergrx.com/login 

2. In your Assessment Dashboard select the Results tab. Review answers: Select this option to view a summary of your response

4. You will be moved to the Assessment Review page where you can review your answers divided into five Control Groups (strategic, operational, core, management, and PRI-Privacy). There you can select each one of the Control Groups and filter your answers:

5. Select View Answer to go to the original question.

6. This should bring you to the specific question. Look towards the bottom of the question for Add a Comment:

7. A text box will open and you will be able to write down your comment. Select continue to save your comment.

8. You can then click the Back To Assessment Review button at the top of the screen to return to Step 2.
