9.25.0 Platform Release Details

Release 9.25.0 includes the Claim Company Registration flow being released, improved account deletion functionality and other user experience improvements.  

New! Claim Company Registration Flow

The new Claim Company workflow puts the Third Party registration entirely in the users’ hands. CyberGRX has streamlined the Third Party registration and on-boarding process by  reducing the time and manual steps required to contact, register and provision Third Parties while also improving accuracy and data quality of company records. Third parties now receive an informative invite that explain who CyberGRX is and why they are being invited, in addition to clearly displaying which Customer Company order has triggered the invite. This invitation can be easily forwarded to others within their organization as appropriate. Once the invitation is accepted, the Third Party can then provision their own company record, verify their company information on the Exchange, and register their user account.

Enhanced Post-Assessment Messaging 

We have added more intuitive messaging after an assessment is submitted. The messages now display who submitted the assessment, at what time, and what next steps the Third Party user should take. We have also added a small FAQ section to help answer commons questions the users may have.

Account Deletion Confirmation Email 

We have added a confirmation message for when an Account Administrator attempts to delete another User's account. Once they confirm their action, the account is deleted.  

Bug Fixes

Third party work log notes failing to populate- 

Work log notes are now fixed to display the exact same text as found in the contact notes.

Password Guideline Improvements

Users are now informed what criteria they need to follow as they are typing out their password.
