10.2.0 Platform Release Details
12 December 2020
Release 10.2.0 delivers several new platform functionalities that aim to enhance the Customer and Third Party user experience.
NEW! Who Ingested Me
This feature gives Third Party (TP) users more visibility into which customer companies on the Exchange have expressed an interest in the TP company’s risk posture by providing TPs with the list of customers who have added them to their portfolio. Additionally, TP users will now receive a notification every time a new customer adds them to their portfolio. This feature aims to better illustrate the breadth of the Exchange and the benefits of CyberGRX’s one-to-many model to TP users.
- A preview of the 5 most recent customer connections can be found on the My Company Profile page with a link to view all Customer connections (also known as the Customer Portfolio) along with the date they were added.
- The Customer Portfolio page can be accessed from the Share Assessment option under your Profile Icon as well.
- The Customer Portfolio page also allows you to see your customer’s profile by clicking on the customer name.

NEW! Validation Results on Vendor Profile Page
This addition to the in-platform assessment results provides consistent and complete visibility to the outputs of the CyberGRX validation process. All controls reviewed during validation will be shown within a respective TP’s Vendor Profile Page (VPP) for any Tier 1 and Tier 2-Remote assessments. This table will also indicate to a Customer when the results available in the VPP are non-validated.

NEW! Modified Third Party Profile Agreement (TPPA) User Flow
The TP’s registration and on-boarding to the CyberGRX Exchange is streamlined by allowing TPs to access and start the assessment before accepting the full Vendor Legal Agreement. This change will give TPs the opportunity to enter the platform, explore the assessment and garner a better understanding of what is being asked before signing any legal agreements. This also allows for assessment progress to be made while respective legal departments review the agreement in parallel. To support this change, the platform will request acceptance of:
- The Terms of Use when they claim company/register.
- The full TPPA can be signed at any time, but is required to be signed prior to Owner Attest/Final Submission of the Assessment
