CyberGRX will do everything possible to compel Third Parties to submit their assessment by the Customer's requested completion date. However, a certain level of customer encouragement has been shown to dramatically increase delivery times. Put simply, Third Parties feel more compelled to complete assessments when they know that Customers are actively engaged and monitoring progress. One simple nudge from the customer is often more effective than several emails from CyberGRX in terms of keeping assessments on track.
We do recommend that Customers keep CyberGRX informed if they are independently pushing Third Parties toward completion. This helps keep everyone aligned.
