As a Third Party member, you have the ability to deny authorization requests from your Customers (meaning they will not get access to the report they are requesting - we don't recommend doing this unless you have a strong business reason).
However, you may later decide that you DO want to authorize your report to the Customer. In this situation, please send an email to your Assessment Coordinator, including the name of the denied Customer that you now want to authorize. We will reset the authorizations on the platform, and then you will be able to approve the authorization on the platform.
