Determining if a Third Party Already Completed an Assessment

The GRX exchange is growing rapidly - there is a good chance that some of your Third Parties already have a completed assessment in our system. To find out, navigate to the Third Party Portfolio tab within the Portfolio Management module. By default, all Third Parties within your portfolio will be displayed.

Utilize the below filters to view only vendors for which requests have been placed and assessments are available.

Click the hyperlinked company name for any given Third Party on the presented list. On the Third Party’s profile page, utilize the CyberGRX Report button to view the PDF version of the assessment, or view the raw report data by clicking Download Results (XLSX).

Alternatively, you can view Third Parties in your platform for which requests have not been placed but assessments are in-progress or available by utilizing the below filters. For optimal assessment turnaround time, we recommend prioritizing these Third Parties for requesting. When a Third Party already has an available assessment in the GRX exchange, they can authorize requesting customers to view their assessment with the simple click of a button.
