What Is the Difference Between a Request and a Proactive Share?

A Request originates from a Customer and is placed directly on the GRX platform. Once placed, the request awaits the Third Party's approval in order for the requesting Customer to gain access to the report. If you're a Customer and you're curious how you can place a request, read more here. 

A Proactive Share originates from a Third Party sending an invitation to a Customer to view their report. The Customer must log in and accept the share invite from the Third Party once it has been sent in order to view the report. Learn how to Proactively Share your assessment here. 

Note: We have some Third Party Members who desire an externally facing way to collect assessment inquiries. In response, ProcessUnity GRX is building (and hosting) landing pages branded with your logo to capture these inquiries. If the Third Party has a Landing Page, Proactive Sharing also refers to when a client submits the form requesting access to the Third Party Member's report through the Third Party's Landing Page. The Third Party receives the form, vets the information, and sends an invitation to the client to view their report through the GRX platform.
