Our platform features a Notification Center (Bell) that keeps users informed about crucial events and updates. Below are key in-platform notification scenarios and their respective details:

1. Third-Party Portfolio Addition Notification:
   • Recipient: Third parties
   • Trigger: Activation when a customer adds the third party to their portfolio.
   • Content: Third parties receive a notification acknowledging their inclusion in a customer's portfolio.
2. Final Results Available Notification:
   • Recipient: Customers
   • Trigger: Initiated upon completion of a customer's request, with final results available.
   • Content: Customers are notified when a third party completes their request, providing access to the finalized results.
3. Non-Validated Results Available Notification:
   • Recipient: Customers
   • Trigger: Activated when third parties have non-validated results during the ongoing validation process.
   • Content: Customers receive notifications about non-validated results from their third parties while the validation process is still in progress.
4. Risk Monitoring & Alerting Notification:
   • Recipient: Third parties
   • Trigger: Activated in response to critical high-risk alerts or potential breach events detected by our Risk Monitoring & Alerting service.
   • Content: Third parties are promptly notified if a critical high-risk alert or potential breach event is identified for their company through our Risk Monitoring & Alerting service.
