New Navigation: Impact Questionnaire and Attack Surface Questionnaire
The user interface navigation aspects of the Impact and Attack Surface Questionnaires have been enhanced for a cleaner and more user-friendly user experience.
Bugs:
Unable to release report or update name on company with over 100 characters in their name
We updated the character allowance for company name to be 255 characters
PMT showing duplicate Third Parties
We went through out data and removed the duplicate Third Parties
Customers unable to place order on Third Parties
There was an issue on our backend where we were allowing customers to request an assessment on a Third Party and submitting the request as the status of the Third Parties current assessment. In this case, we placed the request for a Tier 1 Validation Pending, which was not accepted and failed. This issue will no longer happen, and all requests should go through successfully.
PMT showing "Processing" status in data field for "in progress" assessment
We had to run a migration to update the logic to have the Portfolio Manager Table display the correct status.
Ingested companies disappearing from Customer PMT's
Customers were adding vendors to their Portfolio Manager Table and these companies disappeared after a few minutes. This issue was that the company did not have an industry on their ingest and this caused the ingest to fail. This failure was delayed due to the time it takes to process and enrich the data for the newly created company. Now, all pending companies will be hidden from the table until they are successfully created, and we will be adding a default Industry type to companies that are unable to be enriched with the industry field.

-
12.40.1 Release - October 9th
Ingested vendors disappearing from Customer Portfolio Manager Table
When a new company is created, we add them to the customers portfolio in a pending state. During our ingest process, the company creation would fail and that would move the company from a pending state to a failed state and the company would be removed from the table. We updated the company creation and single ingest process to now allow all companies to be created. Also, if a company does land in a pending state, it will be hidden from the Portfolio Manager Table. Please note, with this change some of the newly created companies may not have predictive data on their vendor profile page. This fix is a temporary and we are actively working on a better process that will allow companies to be successfully created and have predictive data.
