The Action Required Tab alerts users when a requested, in-flight assessment is at risk of not being delivered in a timely manner. These standardized and automated alerts bring enhanced visibility to assessment progress and empower users to act at pivotal points in the assessment lifecycle to drive progress and deliver value in a timely manner.
The most common risks to assessment delivery are around new Third Party on-boarding and ensuring the appropriate Third Party contacts are engaged, Third Party willingness to interact with CyberGRX, or Third Party ability to complete the assessment. These risks are captured by the four in-platform Action Required States and automated triggers in the Third Party Status column.

Company Name / Internal Contact

This column displays the at-risk Third Party company name and the name, email address, and user role of the most appropriate known contact in the Third Party's org
- To find out the company contact's role, just hover over the company contact name. The company contact role will either be an Account Administrator or Assessment Owner.
- Clicking on the company contact will open an email with that contact email address pre-populated in the address bar.

Requested
- This column displays the assessment tier requested.
- This column has the ability to be sorted, and it will sort based on the status of importance. There is no clickable action or hover/tooltip within this column.

Third-Party Status

This column displays which of the four Action Required states the Third Party is in:

Not Registered
- This status is triggered when a Third Party has not registered within 4 business days of the request
- The resolution from this status is that one user from the Third Party's company registers for their account

Assessment Not Started
- This status is triggered when a Third Party has not started their questionnaire within 5 business days of registering
- The resolution from this status is that at least one question is answered

Assessment Progress Stalled
- This status is triggered when the questionnaire has not been updated in 5 days
- The resolution from this status is that the questionnaire is consistently in progress or completed

Available Assessment Not Authorized
- This status is triggered when a Third Party with a completed questionnaire has not responded to the authorization request within 5 business days of the request.
- The resolution from this status is that the Third Party responds to the authorization request (approve or deny).

Not Registered
- Hovering over the status within the column will display the description of the reason behind why the status was triggered.
- This column has the ability to be sorted, and it will sort based on the status of importance. There is no clickable action or hover/tooltip within this column.
