Portfolio Manager Table reflecting "completed" and "attested profile" for assessment that have not been attested
The PMT will not reflect data as 'completed' or an attested profile available when an assessment has not been attested on the exchange. The data will now reflect as 'in-progress' and 'predictive profile' available until attestation has occurred.

Once the questionnaire is completed, the data field will reflect as "completed" or correct percentage completed if a validated assessment.
