Impact Questionnaire Change Log | June 2023

The following are updates made to the Impact Questionnaire in the June 2023 release:

• UI (User Interface) update to be in line with Attack Surface Questionnaire. Changes include:
• Added a "Save and Submit" button
• Added a Side-bar menu for navigation
• Added a “Continue” button prompt for each question
• Updated page header title layout
• Added ability to track who and when the overall impact questionnaire was answered and saved
  Added ability to track who and when each individual impact question is answered and saved
• Removed option to select “Primary Activity” (ie, “Business Classification”)
• Changed wording on “Business Process” question from “Define the level of internal business processes that are performed by or with your third party. This includes the level of impact to the business process if the third party was removed or disrupted” to “What is the potential impact on your company should this third party experience financial fraud, asset fraud, or fail to comply with regulatory requirements?”
