The Impact Questionnaire is our new and improved scoping questions! These updates will give Customers a better user experience while completing the questionnaire and enable Customers to make quick decisions using inherent risk data.
Where to Access:
You can find the Impact Questionnaire on a Company's Vendor Profile Page in the "Business Exposure" section. Click on "Define Interaction" to access the Impact Questionnaire. You can also submit on a company that has an unconfirmed exposure score from the Auto Inherent Risk tab. However, if you submit from the Auto Inherent Risk tab, there can be up to an hour delay before the individual responses populate in the questionnaire.
The Impact Questionnaire includes 8 questions that will allow our customers to rank the company. Each question will have 4 options to choose from, each options consists of the rankings Least, Minimal, Moderate or Significant. These answers can be edited and resubmitted at any time. For each question that is answered, we will be tracking and displaying which user answered the question and the date that the question was answered. This information will update if the answer is changed. When the questionnaire is saved, we will display the last time it was updated and the user that last updated. This will appear at the top of the Impact Questionnaire page.
Once the Impact Questionnaire is submitted, your company will be removed from the Auto Inherent Risk table on the Auto Inherent Risk tab and you will be able to see the questionnaire results on the following areas in our platform:
- the Vendor Profile Pages in the "Business Exposure" section
- the Analysis tab under the exposure status
- the Portfolio Manager Table in the Inherent Risk column
- please note, this status may take up to an hour to display
