Drawer:
The drawer opens when a user clicks on the status in the "In Exchange" column. The column status is based on the highest completed report available in the exchange for the company. The top of the drawer shows the owner's attestation date, the tier, and validation information for the current assessment. If there is no owner attestation date for the current assessment, the date will read "Update In Progress". The icons in the drawer are based on the report available in the exchange. The date next to the icon will be based on the following cases:
- The completed assessment exists, a report for that assessment exists, and the tier of the current assessment (assessment in progress) is equal to the tier of the released report. The date will be the current assessment owner attestation date.
- The completed assessment exists, a report for that assessment exists, and the tier of the current assessment (assessment in progress) is less than or equal to the tier of the released report. The date will be the current assessment owner attestation date.
- In all other cases, the date will be available in exchange owner's attestation date.
Excel Download:
When the "Download Portfolio" button is selected, a message at the bottom left of the screen says that the download is in progress. The user can move around the platform while this file downloads.
Once the download is complete, it will be saved directly to the customer's download folder. If the Portfolio Manager Table has filters applied to it, the Excel download will download the information based on the applied filters.
We have rearranged the tabs of the Excel download so that the Portfolio information appears first when the file is opened. We have also updated the names of the columns to match the new column names in the Portfolio Manager Table and added the new "Available" column information to the Excel download.
Lastly, we have moved the Action Required excel download into our Portfolio Manager Table excel. You can find the Action Required information on its own CAR tab.
Add Company:
When the "Add Company" button is selected, our users will be brought to the Company Search page that will allow them to search for a company they want to add to their portfolio or, if they cannot find the company they need, create a new company to add to the exchange and their portfolio.
Bulk Tagging:
Bulk tagging is no longer available on the Portfolio Manager Table. Tagging can only be done on the company's vendor profile page in the customer notepad section. There is no visual indication of any tags on the Portfolio Management Table, but filters will still allow the user to filter the companies that have the tag(s) they are looking for.
