Link removal after assessment has been requested

On the vendor profile page, we no longer populate the “Request Assessment” link when an assessment is already in progress or has been denied. 

Copy change on Questionnaire tab

When an assessment has been attested by a third party member and the assessor has attested their validation work, we no longer populate the copy “We will contact you regarding next steps.”
