While proactive sharing is available at no charge with no sharing cap within the platform to users, we have users who desire an externally facing way to collect assessment requests. In response, ProcessUnity GRX is building (and hosting) landing pages branded with your logo at no charge. Please see the user flow for this process below along with some FAQs:
What is the charge for the landing page?
It is free to you. However, we do ask to see at least 10 proactive shares made via your platform account before we build it just so we know the landing page will actually be used.
Is my assessment automatically sent to users who request access via the landing page form?
Your assessment will not be automatically shared with a user when they request access via your landing page. The landing page serves as a tool where your customers and prospects can request access to your ProcessUnity GRX assessment outside of the platform. Once this request is received and vetted by your team, you will manually share your assessment with that requestor using the Share Assessment functionality on the ProcessUnity GRX portal.
Will requests sent via the landing page show up in the platform for me to approve?
No, you will not see any requests that are sent through your landing page show up on the ProcessUnity GRX platform. These requests will come to you via email and you will action any shares of your assessment using the ProcessUnity GRX portal (user flow below for reference).
Where do I link the landing page?
We've typically seen Third Parties build a "Trust & Compliance" page (showcasing their certifications, assessment, policies, etc.) on their main website and linking from there (see AWS example below). Linking from the website helps your requestors (current customers or prospects) self-serve and by having your GRX assessment available upfront, it can help you avoid doing or having to pushback against a potential bespoke request.
Can I see an example?
Yes! (AWS Example)
How do I get started?
Email TPS@cybergrx.com to request. We need a high resolution logo and the email (distro is best) you prefer the form submissions to be sent to (ie. who will be deciding if the requester can have access and process the share via the platform).
